Membership Services Agreement

Hosting Policy
Coaches Oasis provides a public facing hosted website on our portal and has scheduled technical maintenance in place without any cost to you. The hosted website is available for all active and in good standing membership levels.

 

Consent to provide required information for account creation
We collect the minimum information required to create your account. Such as your name, phone number, email, business name if you have a registered company or business name.

You must provide current, accurate and complete information required to create your account and billing information to our payment processor.

You agree to keeping your billing information current in events if there is change in bank, payment card associated with your account, change in billing address and such. You must notify us and our payment processor if you suspect that your card is compromised or breached.

No information we gather as part of account creation is shared with any 3rd party.

 

Recurring Billing
Membership is based on recurring monthly /annual billing. There is no minimum period for membership duration. By accepting the terms of the contract, you agree to recurring billing as long as you choose to remain a member.

 

Non-Payment / Termination/ Cancellation Policy
Members will receive a reminder of their upcoming billing 7 days, and 1 day before the due date. Post due date there will be 3 reminder notices sent. Upon non-payment, a member's account will be put in the in-active status. 30 days after the non-payment account will be deleted.

You may export your data within a 7 days grace period upon non-payment. There will be a 30 days retention of in-active accounts prior to permanently deleting of in-active accounts.

Members can cancel their subscription any time prior to the next billing cycle. In order to download their course contents prior to the account being inactive. In case if any additional time is needed, members must contact us at CustomerCare@CoachesOasis.com requesting additional time. Account retention will be extended manually upon request.

 

Terms of Agreement and Authorized Use Policy
We ask our members to accept the terms and conditions for fair use of the website. You can review our privacy policy at times by visiting our Privacy Policy at our website.

Your use of the Services in any way means that you agree to the Terms, and the Terms will remain in effect during and after your use of the Services at Coaches Oasis Portal.

Your use of and access to our services, software, websites (including browser extensions) and/or applications (together: “Services”) are governed by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Services may be provided to you online, in the form of a mobile and/or desktop application(s) and/or may be integrated in a third-party service.

To the use of personal data and cookies in relation to the Services our Privacy & Cookie Statement applies.

Any unlawful, offensive content will not be allowed to be stored or linked at Coaches Oasis Portal and will lead to immediate termination of the account.

You are only allowed to use the Services when aged 16 or older.

 

User submission
Anything you post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide through the Services is your “User Submission”. Some User Submissions may be viewable by other users. You are solely responsible for all User Submissions you contribute to the Services. You represent that all User Submissions submitted by you are accurate, complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

You agree that you will not post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide through the Services any User Submissions that:

 

  • Violate the Restrictions on Use of the Services;
  • infringe any third party's copyrights or other intellectual property rights;
  • contain sexually explicit content or pornography;
  • contain hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory content or incite hatred against any individual or group;
  • exploit minors;
  • depict unlawful acts or extreme violence;
  • depict animal cruelty or extreme violence towards animals;
  • promote fraudulent schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, get rich quick schemes, online gaming and gambling, cash gifting, or any other dubious money-making ventures; or
  • that violates any law.

 

Contents and Responsibility
Any information or Content publicly posted or privately transmitted through the Services is the sole responsibility of the Member from whom such Content originated, you access all such information and Content at your own risk, and Coaches Oasis is not liable for any errors or omissions in that information or Content or for any damages or loss you might suffer in connection with it.

Coaches Oasis cannot control and has no duty to take any action regarding how you may interpret and use the Content or what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the Content, and you hereby release Coaches Oasis from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired Content through the Services. Coaches Oasis cannot and does not guarantee the identity of any other Users with whom you may interact in using the Services and is not responsible for which Users gain access to the Services.

You are responsible for all Content you contribute, in any manner, to the Services, and you represent and warrant you have all rights necessary to do so, in the manner in which you contribute it.

The Services may contain links or connections to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Coaches Oasis. Coaches Oasis has no control over such sites and resources and Coaches Oasis is not responsible for and does not endorse such sites and resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Coaches Oasis will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, events, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. Any dealings you have with third parties found while using the Service are between you and the third party. When you access third-party websites or use third party services, you accept that there are risks in doing so, and that Coaches Oasis is not responsible for such risks.

 

Copyright Infringement Policy:
We respect others’ intellectual property rights, and we reserve the right to delete or disable Content alleged to be infringing, and to terminate the accounts of repeat alleged infringers.

 

Damage to your contents:
We have set up our system for daily backup. Any audio/ video files of your courses will NOT be hosted at our site or servers. However, any reports, databases, and documents saved in your dashboard are backed up. Contents that reside at Podcast or video hosting sites, or social sites are not our responsibility. We recommend that you create a back-up of your course materials that in case of accidental loss you can access them.
